1. When can I expect delivery of my order and what are the shipping costs?

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Usually we will tell you the delivery time of products through the "+ xx days" mark in the attribute. When you have filled out all your attributes, the delivery time of this product will appear below "Add to Cart" button, Please review your order details carefully before submitting your order.


Shipping methods and fees:

Standard Shipping: Free shipping for order over $79, or shipping fee is $25. We do ship orders out by DHL, FedEx or USPS.

Estimated delivery within 3 – 5 business days after order is shipped out. Processing and delivery times may be delayed. Contact us to learn more.

We will send you Tracking No. by our system email when your order is shipped out.

 

Attention please:

1). About P.O.Box/APO/FPO address, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.We don’t recommend P.O box address shipping, Shippng time is long and package may be lost.

2). About Tax. We will mark All orders as "Gift" or "Hair Sample" on the invoice to avoid custom charge. Usually, your order will not be charged a custom fee, but your local custom will check your package randomly, Sometimes there  will be custom charge which we are not responsible for the custom charge. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this kind of things is out of our control, hope you can understand that.

3). Signature for Package. It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be responsible for any package loss or damage.

4). About Remote area fee. If buyer address has a remote area fee, buyer need to pay it. 

 

 

2. What is your order Cancellation & Change Policy?

Stock Order: Can be changed or cancelled beofore shipping, Shipping orders can’t be changed or cancelled.

Customization Order:Can be changed or cancelled within 3 days, Over 3 days, charge 25% payment for handling fee. Shipping orders can’t be changed or cancelled.

 

 

3. What is your return policy?

We always try our best to make our customer satisfied, If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we are pleased to offer a return or exchange service for you. We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the hair that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cut. No Return & Exchange for customized hair & clearance products.

For return request, please contact us [email protected] with hair pics in 30 days once receiving goods, which means your return request is gladly received.After we confirm the hair can be accepted to return, we will send email to tell you the return address.

 

Attention please:

1). Buyer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, we do not accept the return package by freight collect and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number, because we will NOT be responsible for lost return package.

2). We will only deduct $30 restocking fee from your payment, you will get left after we receive the unused product.

3). We do not accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.

4). All products under the “special offer” category & Customized order can’t be accepted return.

 

 

4. What is your exchange policy?

For exhange request, please contact us [email protected] with hair pics & exchange  request in 30 days once receiving goods, which means your exchange request is gladly received. After we confirm the hair can be accepted to exchange, we will send email to tell you the return address.

 

Attention please:

1). Buyer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, we do not accept the return package by freight collect and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number, because we will NOT be responsible for lost return package.

 2). We only can ship the exchange order out after we get your returned one. If you are urgent to get your exchange order, We recommend do rush exchange. (Rush exchange : Buyer place a new order on our website and send back the one received at the same time, After we get the buyer new order, we will ship it out asap. After we receive buyer returned package, we will do full refund to buyer.

3). We do not accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.

4). All products under the “special offer” category & Customized order can’t be accepted exchange.
